- 14 oz firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with dipping sauce for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
