- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Make sure the turkey is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- For added flavor, marinate the patties for 30 minutes before cooking.
