Ingredients

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice zucchini into thin rounds.
  2. In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
