Instructions
- Wash and slice zucchini into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add parmesan cheese before air frying.
- Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of zucchini slices.
