Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter.
  4. Place the battered florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove the florets and toss them in buffalo sauce.
  7. Return the sauced florets to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
